Roger Keenholts Park, with entrances on Hurst Road and French's Hollow Road in Guilderland Center, was added to the Town's park system in 1993 as the need for additional ballfields grew. The park is named in honor of Roger Keenholts, a former historian for the Town of Guilderland and Village of Altamont. The park is the home of the Guilderland Baseball (Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, and Travel) and Guilderland Girls Softball League (Rec and Travel), which serve the communities of Guilderland, Altamont, and Voorheesville.

The park has eight minor baseball fields, five girls' softball fields, and a state-of-the-art Babe Ruth level field, known as Dutchmen Field. Each area also has enclosed batting cages, concession stands, and covered pavilions. Dutchmen Field has stadium seating as well as a large scoreboard sponsored by Berkshire Bank. Both Field 1 located on the minor baseball level and Dutchmen Field are lighted to allow for night games.

Both the baseball and softball programs are managed by volunteers who coordinate the scheduling of games, other field usage, park maintenance, and concession duties. Any organized outside usage requires written permission from the Youth Organizations and must work around their priority usage of the park.
