If you have a concern or question about a Town department, never hesitate to contact the Town Supervisor at 518-356-1980. The Supervisor will make every effort to answer your question, resolve your issue, or explain a procedure. If needed, he will contact the department in an effort to resolve your particular issue or receive a more detailed explanation.

Agenda item requests must be submitted in writing to the Town Supervisor at least two weeks prior to a scheduled Town Board meeting and should be accompanied by any appropriate background material.  Items are placed on the agenda at the discretion of the Town Supervisor.  If the item concerns a proposed local law, it must be sponsored by a member of the Town Board.

The Town Supervisor welcomes visitors to Town Hall and will make every effort to meet with them and respond to their concerns.  If you know ahead of time when you will be visiting Town Hall, please call his office at 518-356-1980 to schedule an appointment to ensure that he will be available when you arrive.

Meeting rooms are available to be used at Town Hall, however, must be reserved ahead of time in order to avoid any conflict with other Town meetings. If you would like to check on the availability of a meeting room and receive more details about the capacity of those rooms, please call the Town Supervisor's office at 518-356-1980.
