K-9 Boreas

On May 8, 2021 the Guilderland Police Department acquired its new canine. Officer Tylor Stevens was appointed as the department’s canine handler. In May, Stevens and K-9 Boreas began training and were certified in patrol and explosive detection. K-9 Boreas is the department's fourth dog and replaces K-9 Rocky. who passed away on November 11, 2019.
