Facilities

Located on the premises of the Western Turnpike Golf Course, the pavilion accommodates up to 750 guests (must be reserved by a Guilderland resident.) This is an interior/exterior facility. The interior has electricity, restrooms, a countertop (bar area), and picnic tables. The exterior has open grass space for activities.

The rental fee is $750 for parties of 200-500 and $1000 for parties of 501 to 750 (Monday through Sunday). Refunds for pavilion rental cancellations are not available. A $12 fee will be charged to residents requesting an Alcoholic Beverage Permit. A non-refundable 3% processing fee will be charged to all credit card transactions.

Please note: Walking is prohibited while the Golf Course is open.
