The Ballet Barn is the former Guilderland Ballet Studio. It is a long open space with mirrors on one side. Facility has electric and heat. No kitchen area or refrigeration.
The rental fee is $40 per hour two hour minimum for residents. Refunds for rental cancellations are not available. A $12 fee will be charged to residents requesting an Alcoholic Beverage Permit. A non-refundable 3% processing fee will be charged to all credit card transactions.
