If you have received a suspension notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles, you should contact the court office immediately to determine how to resolve your suspension. An appearance in court and a New York State Mandatory Suspension Fee may be required.
If you have already entered a plea and have failed to appear for a scheduled court date an appearance will be required on a Monday night traffic court to lift your suspension. Please call the court to schedule an appearance.
If you have not entered a plea to the violation(s) you received in the Town of Guilderland, please mail in the ticket(s) that you received at the time of your stop with either section A (guilty) or section B (not guilty) completely filled out with a good mailing address. If you do not have the original ticket(s) you may fill out a plea form which can be found under the Vehicle & Traffic-Plea form tab.
