Certificate of Disposition Request

A Certificate of Disposition is an official court document affixed with the Court Seal that says what happened in a criminal or traffic case. It states the crime or violation you were originally charged with; what you were convicted of, the date you were convicted, and the sentence you received.

To obtain a Certificate of Disposition from the Guilderland Town Court there is a fee $5 for each certificate.

Ask the court how you can pay the fee.

If you believe your case has been sealed, you will need to provide a photo I.D. in person or have your signature notarized on the request if mailing into the court.
